  • 4. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

    • The culture is good. People are friendly and are willing to help others. The general atmosphere helps to improve both efficiency and the quality of work. I find it very helpful to have a mentor at work and this is a very good part of the company culture.

    • I enjoyed this insight, I just wish it could be hold in person so I may have more opportunities to interact with other people, including people working at Amazon and people joining this programme like me.

    • I would suggest others to demonstrate their skills and experiences in the cv, and to deepen their understanding about Amazon's leadership principles. It would also be helpful to talk to people from Amazon to gain an understanding about the culture and about different roles.
