Overview
The insight event took 3 days and during the event we had multiple talks and workshops. Workshops were organized in groups of 7-8 people, and with the help of a mentor, we solved different interesting coding problems.
Skills
I enhanced the following skills: Python, Git, OOP design, Python testing and also communication and collaboration.
Business Insight
I believe that the company's presentation gave during those 3 days helped me understand company's mission and services offered, and convinced me that I would like to work in such an impactful and growing environment. Moreover, Amazon offered a mentoring scheme to all the participants to help us be prepared for the upcoming interviews.
Culture
I really liked Amazon's practices and values presented across the 3 days event.

As I previously said, I really enjoyed the insight as I managed to enhance both my technical and soft skills, while also learning about Amazon and their opportunities.
Yes
I would advice them to read and understand Amazon's leadership principles and engage with coding problems!
