Overview
Insight was very positive experience - learnt about the various roles within asset management, and about Fidelity International as a company.
Skills
Developed my understanding of the financial world and the technical language which is utilised. Learnt how to assess Equity, Fixed Income and Multi asset investments.
Business Insight
Interesting. I was introduced to roles within the company which I didn't know existed before the program.
Culture
The company culture came across as very supportive. They advertised the various support networks within the company which aid all different kinds of people, and generally did a good job in conveying the comradery found in the workplace.
Your Impressions
I thoroughly enjoyed the insight. It was a perfect mix of presentations and activities which encouraged participants to engage, and so I never felt bored or disinterested throughout.
