Overview
The insight consisted of work-shadowing sessions within your chosen division, and sessions about the Bank. We had full days and lots of panels and opportunities to interact with the people from the firm
Skills
I developed my communication and organisational skills even more by interacting with different employees and interns and also creating a stock pitch in a very short time frame
Business Insight
It was a lot of information to take in, but this spring week also provided me with an exhausting and realistic view of my chosen division and also of the work that has been done by Jefferies.
Culture
It was incredibly collaborative, where everybody's skills are always shown and people are allowed to work on their skills too on the job

I genuinely enjoyed learning so much about this firm during the spring week because it made me increase my commercial awareness and understanding of banking
