Overview
I would support the team on customers, having regular conversations with distributors and be involved in the customer process.
Skills
I have learnt to better my communication and self confidence. alongside the social aspect of meeting new people and being in a professional environment
Responsibilities
I was given a good amount of responsibility to lead tasks but also have the support and guidance of the team.
Support & Guidance
I received a great level of support and guidance from day 1, my managers were amazing and the team i was working with. Future talent really helped me settle in with an induction week.
Culture
The company culture is great. I did not meet a person i disliked - great social aspect with regular team events and wider work events
