Overview
Analyzing capital markets information and ESG topics to provide clients with up to date ideas and strategies for them to execute for stronger market positioning
Skills
Power point slide development skills have been enhanced considerably; presenting skills and having the right mind set and confidence in presenting; attention to detail and the importance of it
Responsibilities
I was given responsibility to be proactive and speak up in team meetings with ideas I thought could help the team, I was unfortunately not able to be involved in client calls
Support & Guidance
I was assigned both a buddy and a mentor on my internship as well as the usual line manager and team guidance and support with HR also available easily on the internal messaging service. I feel the support and guidance I received was exceptional with seniors always open to answering questions and connecting me to other areas of the bank

The culture was very open and collaborative and conducive to a good working atmosphere whilst also being high performance and expectation of deliverables
