Skills
Skills developed: interpersonal, professional, networking, social, numeric New skills: knowledge on banking and its products, finance knowledge gained
Responsibilities
Moderate amount of responsibility. Had to complete tasks in given deadlines and many times the updated information would affect knowledge on the client so right information had to be passed on to the team
Support & Guidance
Team members dedicated portions of their time to walk through tasks and explain why certain things have to be done which also helped with understanding the broader operations of corporate banking.
Culture
Diverse and inclusive. Teamwork was very important and there was a very good level of support within teams and even between members from other teams. Everyone also dedicated time for catch-ups to get to know interns and did that with the wider team too to keep in touch on a more personal level. Socials were also organised to keep the team spirit alive.
Your Impressions
Very well organised and insightful. The team tried to get us to know as much as possible about the wider banking operations to get a more holistic view of it.
Yes
