Overview
As the Account Manager for many brands onsite - this involves frequent contact with many of the brands to ensure the partnership is maintained and growing - trying to help these brands achieve their goals through the TCB website.
Skills
Massively improved my communication skills and confidence in a work situation through working so closely with many of these clients.
Responsibilities
Yes - given a lot of freedom and responsibility. You are treated like a full member of the Partneships Team, not just a placement student. The brands you manage you fully manage these on your own (can ask for help though if needed)!

Everyone on the Team and in the company as a whole is more than happy to help you if needed! Everyone is super friendly and always will make time for you!
Culture
Great company culture. Quite a small team, so everyone knows everyone and you never feel excluded

Just be yourself and ask questions - everyone will look to help you and the managers love it when someone asks questions, as this raises new thoughts and ideas
