Overview
It was very varied depending on the time of the year. At the beginning it was pulling together lots of data and executing Enablement sessions for sales reps and then it moved to communications and planning for the next fiscal year.
Skills
Yes I have learnt an abundance of skills, including project management, public speaking, analytical, employer training.
Responsibilities
Yes I was. I was treated as a proper member of staff and often asked to run projects and recruit those who are to be involved.
Support & Guidance
I received a huge amount from having a dedicated individual from HR to also having a line manager and manager who were very supportive.
Culture
It is generally a very nice and enjoyable atmosphere

I really enjoyed it and have had my contract extended because I am learning so much and want to continue.
