Overview
Mix of data reporting and employee engagement tasks such as newsletters. We have also had the opportunity to reach out to different sections of the organisation to find out where we would best fit in in a role going forward.
Skills
My confidence not only in my own ability but also in the quality of the work I can produce has risen. I have also become more professional throughout my internship with the way I articulate my presentations to senior management.
Responsibilities
The responsibility given is determined by how proactive you are, however there are plenty of opportunities to show off what you can do.
Support & Guidance
My manager was always there to support me during my internship as well as my other colleagues. Not just supporting my professional development, but caring for my mental health too!
Culture
The culture of Oracle NetSuite is fast and vibrant always challenging people to step up and show off what they can do. Opportunities to meet everyone including SVP's.
