Overview
The days consisted of three key elements. Firstly, virtual seminars on the firm's divisions. Secondly, complete work issued by graduate recruitment or your trainee buddy. Thirdly, develop a presentation to be delivered to partners.
Skills
The skill development opportunities are incredible. For example: responding quickly to tasks, networking within the firm and with fellow vacation schemers, researching and developing material for presenting.
Business Insight
The firm made our potential career progression very clear. We were also able to discuss opportunities with the head training principal in an informal interview at the end of the week.
Culture
The firm's culture cannot be faulted. It is welcoming and encouraging. Each and every member of the firm is approachable and willing to help. Whilst the firm's attitude is warm it is never patronising. Without a doubt, reflecting the firm's reputation for cultural excellence and pulling together.

The insight was not only valuable but clearly made sure we were able to envisage our futures at the firm. Overall, incredible!

Really make the effort to meet their people! Also, the firm make a real effort to produce a lot of materials, make sure that you watch/read/listen to it all!
