Overview
- Putting together 'What good Looks like' for zones, to try to drive better behavior's at site. - Consumer complaints trending - Site communications for Food Quality and Safety teams
Skills
- I have better developed my communication skills to effectively communicate with team members.
Responsibilities
I think the amount of responsibility given to each member is very much dependent on specific line managers, towards the latter end of my year on placement, I got a new manager who has given me a lot more responsibility.
Support & Guidance
Again dependant on line managers, but Pepsico are also good at ensuring there is a buddy/ mentor scheme to ensure students have continued support.
