Overview
Project management for a project regarding bettering nutritional claims. I also worked with other students on smaller projects, helped run practical trials, did lit reviews, a student design project. Also, helped with office work such as helping build a better community. Days were very varied and a mix of in office and remote working.
Skills
Yes I have learnt lots of soft skills such as presenting, communication, organisation and team work. Also learnt a lot about the food industry and very technical and specific information. This will massively help me when going into a graduate job.
Responsibilities
Yes they really put trust into students.
Support & Guidance
As much as you ask for really. Support came from multiple streams of people and you can use it as much or as little.
Culture
Good. Lots going on post covid, they really made an effort to connect people
