Overview
My role was to work within a team, planning experiments, learning lab techniques, carrying out different protocols and then reporting on the data to plan towards future work. I was also involved in the wider business (e.g. onboarding for the next years placement students) to get a more well rounded view of how the different functions work together
Skills
I have learnt many new lab techniques and the ability to analyse these I have furthered my skills in using Microsoft teams, amongst other online applications used in hybrid working Improved my presentation skills, my ability to work within a team, and discipline to work to set myself deadlines and meet them consistently
Responsibilities
I was given a lot of responsibility, a lot of the work was independent and I was trusted to plan my own time to meet targets
