Overview
My role is to create automated reports used by Finance and Business control teams. However, I have also worked with other teams to help introduce new reporting tools such as Power BI. My daily tasks include updating reports I have created, developing new reports and highlighting any issues.
Skills
New skills I have developed are Power BI and other reporting tool skills. I have further improved my excel skills and presentation skills. Developed team working and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
Yes I was given more responsibility than I expected but I was very grateful for this and the opportunities that came with it.
Support & Guidance
A decent amount through helping me to understand certain daily tasks and processes within the company.
Culture
Good - easy to get along with everyone as long as you're willing to make conversation.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed it a lot, was given exposure to a lot of different things in the workplace - people, job roles, teams. This allowed me to develop my personal skills a lot!

Look into the company and the services it provides. Have an open mind and make yourself fit in by having conversations with new people and accept any opportunities which you take an interest in. Always look to develop your skills further even if you have limited knowledge.
