Overview
Providing pricing, quoting and invoicing all business activity within the Field Service Team.
Skills
Enhancements on my team work skills and management skills have occurred during my placement by working in a small team managing Field Service Engineers across the globe. In addition, my IT Skills have improved through regular interaction with excel spreadsheets to price up workscopes.
Responsibilities
Yes, being a part of a small team allowed me to get very involved and given a lot of responsibility within the team as well as being relied on by other departments such as commercial and program teams.
Support & Guidance
I have been given a variety of training courses throughout my placement to enhance the skills I have been learning throughout the year.
Culture
I have enjoyed working with everyone in my team as well as everyone in other departments I have got involved with throughout my year placement.
