Responsibilities
Yes, we were given full responsibility for a lot of projects we worked on while still receiving support and advice from the team.
Support & Guidance
-Regular team meetings (support from wider team) -Weekly meetings with manager to go through tasks -Each undergrad got given a Buddy -People Experience gave quick and helpful responses to any queries
Culture
-Big emphasis on 'Joy' and mental health -Got given a wellness day -Regular weekly social meetings -Optional 5 days to do charity work -Occasional out of office team meet ups -Workshop sessions to improve on skills such as networking and presentation skills
