Overview
first day: in person meeting KPMG employees, including analysts and parters, overview of the teams with the deal advisory team. Preparing for a presentation task. Second day (Virtual) - presenting back to the business in groups, work showcasing by current employees on graduate scheme and analysts to introduce the work of specific teams. Third day - Virtual launch pad day
Skills
communication skills from the many networking opportunities presentation skills - one of the activities was presenting back to the business with immediate feedback and constructive criticism.
Business Insight
very interesting as KPMG's overview of each of their teams and roles was very in depth and thorough.
Culture
company culture was very nice - it was welcoming, open, collaborative, not very hierarchal
Your Impressions
enjoyed the insight day very much as I learned a lot about KMPG's work and culture. Only downside is that I wish there were more interactive elements/activities in the insight day besides networking as most of the time we were listening to presentations.

take full advantage of networking with employees.- there are all so welcoming and approachable.
