Overview
Working on developing new features as part of a team of software engineers Weekly support rotations to provide customer technical support Fixing bugs and working on LODO items Meetings with team Incident management

Responsibilities
Yes, I was treated like any team member except I was able to receive additional support to make sure everything was going smoothly.
Support & Guidance
I had a buddy/mentor who helped me so much through the learning curve. I received bi-weekly meetings with my manager to make sure everything was okay. We also received regular emails from the early careers team.
Culture
Optimistic, lovely culture. Even in the office, everyone smiles at you and is so friendly! People are happy to help and collaborate when you have an issue and teach you new things! The company very obviously cares about its people and its customers.

Yes
Be yourself, and truly focus on your strengths. Ask questions and don't be afraid to be wrong. Being wrong is okay, but make sure you show initiative and that you are keen to learn.
