Overview
Calling customers, confirming daily bookings, customer queries, driving where you pick up customers, deliver cars, collect cars from a range of places
Skills
Customer service, selling, confidence, networking, creating a personal brand and making relationships. Driving skills have majorly improved.
Responsibilities
Given captaincy roles on a job rotation monthly basis. Regularly having to make decisions that affect the running of the branch. Regularly doing the job of the assistant manager
Support & Guidance
Support was always available- training was regular and thorough.
Culture
Everyone is young and wants to learn. Making relationships is vital so it is a very sociable and fun place to work.
