Overview
Treated the same as a graduate with lots of responsibilities and are constantly pushed to be the best you can be and are steering in a direction to be a future manager. You will be communicating with customers both over the phone and in person to help them meet their needs. You will also need to be able to confident in driving.
Skills
Since starting my internship I have been able to grow in confidence and am in a great position post university.
Responsibilities
Yes you are giving lots of responsibilities and are treating no differently to any graduate. You are an important part to the branches success

You are given lots of support to be the best you can be and are in a great position to go far within the company.
