Overview
Working on business improvement within the manufacturing industry. Role involved chairing daily accountability meetings, introducing standard ways of working and looking at performance management.
Skills
I have learnt new skills such as looking at performance management, which has developed my communication skills. I have learnt how to thoroughly problem solve.
Responsibilities
I was given lots of responsibility, for example leading projects, chairing meetings

I was given lots of support. I had weekly check ins with my manager
Culture
Company culture was very good, everyone was very friendly and always happy to help out.
Your Impressions
I thoroughly enjoyed my placement and I feel it has given me a great introduction to what it is like working in industry. this experience will massively help me when trying to find a job post graduation.
Yes
Be yourself in the assessment centre, as they are looking for what you are like as a person. Don't be afraid to ask questions.
