Overview
As a Commercial Intern I reported directly into the National Account Manager and assist them with daily tasks. I completed Sell Our reports, communicated with pharmacies, created product asset packs and managed the windows artwork process.

I improved my Excel abilities and time management.
Responsibilities
You are given a lot of responsibility as an intern in L'Oreal. I had complete ownership over several projects, you have freedom to try new methods of doing things. Your manager is there to guide and support you but you do the majority of your work independently.
Support & Guidance
I received loads of support from my manager throughout my Internship, they were encouraging, supportive and kind. I've never had such an amazing manager, they welcomed questions and new ideas, gave constructive criticism and made me feel like a valued employee.
Culture
The Company Culture in L'Oreal is very unique. you are seen as a complete equal at every level of the company. The bond between my team was very tight, we friends as well as colleagues.
