Overview
A variety of different topics. Lots of Admin stuff, some managing different teams from all around the world. Some data analysis
Skills
Yes, Communication and Organisation are the 2 main skills i have developed whilst doing this, especially remotely they require a lot of attention. Speaking in meetings is something i learnt more on, as early on I was shy
Responsibilities
Yes, many different large tasks I was required to run and lead ehich would impact the wider team aswell
Support & Guidance
Yes, i got a lot. My line manager predominantly, but also the wider team helped tremendously aswell
Culture
Very good. I was welcomed very nicely. Lots of different activities taking place after work and lots of charity work too. Sometimes it would be going for a drink, othertimes going to the gym or a run
Your Impressions
Very much so, I would love to go back. Really fun team and a great atmosphere created
Yes
Go in with an open mind, work hard for the assessment centre and interview process. Ask as many questions as possible throughout the year.
