Overview
There was a lot of everyday stakeholder management as well as technical management in strict timelines
Skills
I have developed my communication skills, management skills, attention to detail, broad thinking, personality analysis, confidence I have also learned a lot of hard skills such as using Jira, Qtest, ACTPM, Azure and other tech systems, also politics within the workplace
Responsibilities
I was managing multiple critical business projects and was given huge responsibility during the whole placement
Support & Guidance
I had a lot of support from my team and colleagues however the work was very challenging
Culture
Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere with a lot of respect for personal time and mental health

I loved my placement because of my team and of how much I developed my skills but there were many hard difficult days
Yes
Do not be hard on yourself as there are a lot of chances to learn in a welcoming environment and try to meet as many people as possible
