Overview
• Supported the sales analysis activities for 20 European dealerships. • Prepared and presented wholesaler sales figures to top management and clients via Microsoft PowerPoint. • Undertook accurate sales forecasting via Microsoft Excel. • Processed control and submission of client factory orders to international factories. • Bond with international clients effectively and worth exceptionally well within a team.

Culture
Fantastic company culture which Honda definitely emphasis ; 'you meet the nicest people at Honda'. However, poor general atmosphere. Offices extremely quiet - could hear a pin drop and conversations sometimes felt like you were talking to the entire department. Many other companies have better breakout rooms and facilities which allows for more comfortable bonding within teams. E.g.; Other companies have pool tables for example.
Your Impressions
I thoroughly enjoyed my placement year and would definitely recommend. Pros: Great company culture and background diversity, Good hours and work from home 50% scheme, Great opportunities of socializing outside of work with other undergrads, Good chances to move around the company in the future. Cons: No tea/coffee - you must pay for everything, canteen food very expensive, Not many benefits, Poor atmosphere on certain floors,

For undergraduates to try and house share with other undergraduates. This will make your year much more enjoyable.
