Yes, I felt as thought I was given plenty of opportunities to lead projects and take responsibility. I was tread the same as any other employee even as a placement student. I was also given the time to get involved more with the projects I really enjoyed.
Support & Guidance
We had multiple systems of support including a mentor, a first gen placement campus lead, and regular meetings with my line manager.
Culture
Very inclusive - I was treated the same as everyone in the team even as a placement student. I felt valued for the work that I did and my commitment to the team.
Your Impressions
I had an enjoyable placement year as I was given the flexibility to take control of my projects and focus in areas that we're not just for the benefit of the business but my personal development too.
Yes
Be yourself - PepsiCo want to get to know who the real you is. Out of all of the recruitment processes I went through this was the most enjoyable. The interviews and assessment centers are good fun so there is no need to be nervous.
