Overview
Day-to-day involves supporting project work. I check in with my manager and we visit the project plan and i am set tasks to complete to enable the project to reach the next milestone. If there are any issues on the manufacturing site which have a technical impact, I consult the issue together with the technical team and RCA investigations are carried out. For technical process changes, I carry out technical risk asessment workshops

I wasn't given much responsibility during my first 6 months, but in my last 6 months the responsibility has grown month by month.
Support & Guidance
I have had two line-managers and they have both been excellent in supporting me with any queries or concerns I have had.
Culture
No blame culture, everyone is very friendly, want to see you grow and develop. Good emphasis on continuous development, continuous improvement.
Your Impressions
I have enjoyed working with a varied group of people, with different personalities. I feel I have improved my communication skills, and have developed more confidence in myself in the workplace. Overall, I feel like it has been a valuable experience.
