Overview
Completing the complaint daily tasks which involves, logging and archiving of complaints, sending out the outstanding complaints chase, providing weekly management information on complaints for the relevant business areas. Also involved in the monthly tasks that are involved within the team.
Skills
Developed on a number of skills and been able to put my academic knowledge into practice. For example, communicating and influencing, innovating and pro-activity, leadership and more.
Responsibilities
I was given responsibility gradually over my time as my placement went on. This was good for my development as it allowed me to undertake leadership roles on various tasks and projects.
Support & Guidance
As much as was required, also working closely with my colleagues was beneficial in me settling into the role.
Culture
The culture is fantastic and a great place to work.
