Overview
Learning the inner workings of the business. Making sales while ensuring great customer service. Making/answering phone calls - answering queries and getting customer details to make the rental process quicker and a better experience for them
Skills
I am further developing my customer service and sales skills by interacting with customers and making sales. I am also further developing my phone skills by both answering and making phone calls. These are all skills I previous had knowledge of but am further developing at the moment.
Responsibilities
Yes, I am given lots of responsibility by being sent out to make deals or make sales by myself. I am also given the responsibility of driving many different types of cars which is a big responsibility in itself.
Support & Guidance
The staff in my branch and throughout enterprise are of huge help to me while on placement with enterprise. No matter what questions I have, they are more than happy to help in any way they can. There are a huge range of supports provided by enterprise to help you along the way as well as different training provided throughout the placement to support you
Culture
There is a really good atmosphere in the work place. Everyone is really encouraging and uplifting.
