Overview
As an E-Commerce intern i was responsible for creating sell-out reports, analysing campaign performance across the online retailers, managing new product launches and online activations across certain online retailers, as well as assisting on the set-up of promotions for the Direct-to-Consumer websites.
Skills
During my placement i improved my Excel skills, but I also learnt how to use various platforms including PowerBi, Google Analytics and Salesforce
Responsibilities
During my placement year, i took the lead on various projects and i was trusted by my line manager on leading these projects, as well as i was given the freedom to take initiatives that helped my personal / professional development
Support & Guidance
My line manager was the first point of contact. However, the people from the E-retail team i was belonging to, were always offering their support & answering any questions i had during my placement year
Culture
L'Oreal is a very inclusive company. No matter the entry level I belonged to, I was treated equally and i was feeling as welcome as someone with many years of experience in the business. Everyone i collaborated with during my placement year was friendly and approachable.

I thoroughly enjoyed my placement year!!! I learnt so much within a year and i developed so much as an individual both to a personal and a professional way.
