The Role
Was a great mixture of learning valuable skills and making new friends for life.
I was treated like any other employee which was great.
The management team were great, very supportive but also gave me the flexibiity to work things out myself.
I had a decent level of work to be getting on with, but like most jobs it varied daily.
I was suprised by the amount of responsibility I was given, that was the key to making my placement successful and worthwhile.
The skills I developd have helped me ever since, they gave me a great base understanding of working in business.
The Company
We work on "hot desks" so therefore are not always in the same office of floor of the rest of the team, it is a different style of working but it is very flexible.
It was pretty well set up but since my placement, the process has been improved greatly.
I had the oppotunity to go on a couple of training courses, however the majority of it was hands-on learning.
Flexi Time
Working from home
I got a job with them when I finished university.
The Culture
It was a really great atmosphere - 20 of us booked a holiday to Spain in our last month of placement.
I was based in central London so it was quite expensive!
There was plenty to do as it was in London but i as fairly expensive.
If you wanted to there were opportunities there, but you had to look out for them.
