The Role
I have enjoyed my placement with Enterprise rent-a-car! My placement experience has been very diverse and I have been exposed to all aspects of HR which has been fantastic. I've been given quite a lot of responsibility and autonomy but always received help from higher management when I have asked for it.
Not very.
My direct line Manager has an open door policy and always seems happy to help when I have a question/problem.
There are busy and less busy times but I always manage to find something to do.
As much as a placement student in HR could possibly have!
The training I received was fantastic and I think this placement experience is invaluable and will definitely help me get a job when I graduate.
The Company
Very quite at first but I soon livened things up ;)
Could have been a lot more organised but I was their first placement student so they were not too sure what to expect.
Healthcare from home
Not sure if the company is for me.
The Culture
There were no other placement students but everyone in the office is quite sociable and there would be regular group nights out in Cardiff.
Wales is quite cheap but I still seemed to have no money at the end of the month lol
Cardiff is a great night out! And if you fancy a change Swansea/Bristol are not too far away.
Not really through work.
