The Role
I was given some excellent opportunities and had the chance to travel in various different European countries.
I felt very valued by my manager and the director of the department. I also felt very appreciated by other staff members in different departments.
My manager did everything she could to ensure I had the right support and guidance. Nothing was too much trouble and she did everything she could so I felt settled.
I think the balance was just right. I had enough time to do the work I was given and I always knew what the next piece of work was.
I took part in some of the major plant marketing campaigns and got to meet with press, visitors, collegues and important customers.
We were given several training opportunities over the year to enable us to better manage our time, lead effective meetings and develop our presentation training.
The Company

It was set up very well, there were a few minor issues before I started but nothing that couldn't be sorted over a telephone conversation
