Overview
Daily calls with the team in the morning and weekly calls with the global team to discuss everyone's progress, working on coding issues that have been discovered and trying to find the solutions to them as well.

Responsibilities
yes, I feel that I was given a lot of responsibility within my team, but always had someone available to help me if needed.
Support & Guidance
I recieved a lot of support and guidance, it was tough at the start with people moving houses and covid having a massive impact but none the less the team were very helpful and supportive.
Culture
The company culture is amazing they support all cultures and are always trying to help people and charities. The atmosphere was very friendly when we were in the office, though social distancing was still in affect, it was nice to get in for a bit and see the team face to face.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed my placement more than I thought i would, the team was very helpful throughout my placement and I felt that I could speak to them any time I needed help.

prepare for general questions and questions based off the role you are applying for and take practice in pseudo code and actual code as well, depending on what you find easier to help.
