Overview
Managing the influencer database, Designing & organising Influencer sendouts, reporting on these. Briefing in product pages for the website and design amends. Setting up review campaigns for new launches. Scheduling and posting on Social Media daily.
Skills
I have developed my time management skills massively, team work and creativity since joining Loreal, you get given a lot of autonomy and freedom to be creative.
Responsibilities
I was given a lot of responsibility, running and managing the social accounts gave me a lot of creative freedom and autonomy.
Support & Guidance
I got a lot of support from the entire team, weekly meetings were always in place and catch ups were always encouraged when I didn't feel sure about something.
Culture
The company culture was really good, everyone was so welcoming and people were always happy to help and meet up for a chat/catch up to offer support.

I thoroughly enjoyed my placement year and im sad to be leaving, I've loved the working world!
