Responsibilities
Yes. I was given the opportunity to manage my own tasks, such as creating and tracking the performance of marketing emails for the brand.
Support & Guidance
Lots of support from not only your line manager but your whole team. I did not have a direct line manager for half of my placement however the wider team gave much support and training when needed.
Culture
Loreal has a great company culture, it has a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
Your Impressions
I very much enjoyed my internship. Loreal has given a once in a life time training opportunity to their interns and I did not think I would have learnt as much as I did!
Yes
Be yourself. There is no point trying to force a 'business' character when you apply. Be positive throughout the process, it can be hard. Be creative, think out the box but with sustainability in the forefront.
