Overview
I have thoroughly enjoyed my year with J&J and I am sad to be leaving. I have learnt an immense amount during my year not only in regard to financial analysis but also, through the vibrant team dynamic, my confidence has built massively. The opportunities to grow are endless and the development of new talent is one of J&J’s top priorities. I couldn’t recommend this placement enough! No prior knowledge is needed you are starting from the ground up.
Skills
Financial analysis Critical thinking Looking outside the box Confidence Excel skills
Responsibilities
A huge amount of responsibility but help is always there when needed. You must remember that no question is a stupid question and absolutely everyone I worked with was always happy to jump on a call and assist whenever!
Support & Guidance
Support was provided constantly throughout my year. Not once did I feel alone or as though I had no one to turn to when struggling.
Culture
The culture was incredible. Being in a virtual team, initially, I didn’t think we would have much of a fun team dynamic however I couldn’t have been more wrong. I was part of our Regional Office Fun Team and organised multiple events online to boost the morale of the team which was so much fun and such a great opportunity. J&J lives by their Credo religiously every single day.
Your Impressions
I loved it and would highly recommend it to others!
Yes
After the digital interview they didn’t get back to us until February so don’t lose hope! Confidence is key, back yourself and you’ll be fine! As they don’t expect prior knowledge they’re judging you on your attitude and personality so just be yourself.
