Overview
A day to day basis: I support a range of sectors within sourcing such as engineering services, New product introduction, buying and purchasing and commodity management. My day involves working with each sector and supporting where needed and giving projects what they need from sourcing.

Responsibilities
Yes I was completely trusted and treated like a full time employee the responsibility i had was next level and i felt really valued. I purchased/spent a lot of money for the company.
Support & Guidance
I received all the support and guidance that was necessary from my team my manager and anyone in the business i reached out to including customers as well who have been very supportive and helpful.
Culture
Good company culture- everyone wants to do well and get their work done. Its a nice place to work friendly environment and nice office place.
Your Impressions
It was a great placement year and the experience i've gained has been invaluable!! I enjoyed it and it could not have gone any better in terms of a placement year!!
Yes
Even if your not entirely sure you are what they are looking for ie someone more technical do not let this put you off i did not expect to work in aviation and its worked out really well and i am not technically minded :)
