• Managing BA Allocation programme • Animating BA mystery shop project 2022 • NPS stakeholder – reporting/business comms & project updates • L’Oreal strategy advocate for BA’s – DEI/sustainability/ethics • One Retail education buddy – luxe education support & comms • Partner with One Retail manager on comms & support
Skills
- Has involved working alongside & with many different work streams and stakeholders in L’Oreal including (IT/HR/RETAIL/EDUCATION/FINANCE/AGENCIES & 3rd PARTY PROVIDERS) - Has been fast-paced internship that can demand managing several different topics at once, meaning I have had to be agile and adaptable.
Responsibilities
Yes - was able to project manage a cross-function development of a new internal website with many key stakeholders
Support & Guidance
From my team, the guidance has been unmatched with continuous support. The early careers team were not always available when I had questions/needed advice.
Culture
Fast paced but enjoyable with social events/drinks regularly. Always someone around to chat/have a coffee with. Good atmosphere.
