Skills
Problem-solving skills, adaptability & organisation were key to this role.
Responsibilities
Yes towards the end of my placement i was running my own innovation projects & early on was in charge of events & influencer campaigns.
Support & Guidance
My line manager & i had weekly 1 on 1 sessions and was always incredibly helpful to any problems I was having- she cared about my work & personal life & we had a great working relationship. additionally we had a general marketing team chat which was helpful for any quick questions. Unilever also put on many onboarding events which mean there was a community of IP's to help each other.
Culture
