Overview
My role involves aiding my manager in partnering with a service line in the business to land the strategy. I also work on the ED&I agenda for my part of the business where we are hoping to be a beacon for the wider company.
Skills
Yes, Unilever offers lots of development opportunities. I have attended numerous courses including personal advocacy, advanced excel training, Change Management and agile methods (the list could go on). Unilever has a commitment to personal development that is very evident even after only working for a year.
