Overview
My role consisted of working with the Marketing/Digital teams on their career development and progression. As well as this, different project roles with other teams.
Skills
Yes, I’ve learned new skills including voiceover artistry, design and project management.

There’s lots of support from your direct team and the communities you are a part of. I joined the Empower network, Proud network. You’re also assigned development teams which is another safe space.

Amazing. Everyone is friendly and inclusive. You always have the push to go for the ideas you come up with and support to achieve your objectives.
