Overview
HR business partnering is a generalist HR role where you cover a wide breadth of responsibilities: -Dealing with HR queries such as payroll, promotion, hiring, pay - Completing HR analysis using platforms such as visier and Power BI - Working on strategic HR projects such as leadership development, learning, wellbeing, career development etc. - Working with both people in my team and in the business to get the work done
Skills
- developed communication skills as I have had the chance to interact with a range of people, from my line manager to senior VPs - developed data skills especially on excel and visier - developed general microsoft skills including word, powerpoint and outlook
Responsibilities
yes, I was exposed to a role (HRBP for Home Care Finance and Health and Wellbeing finance) normally reserved for grads. I also was responsible for workforce planning for the entire corporate finance population
