Overview
My day to day often beings with running a report first thing, this could be for an external company or an internal meeting. Next on the list would be order processing as orders are time sensitive and a priority within the role. One orders have been completed for the day, the rest of my time will be spend in meetings with customers, working on various projects and sorting through various claims that are sent through by our customers. Occasionally I will perform data cleanses to help with my day to day.
Skills
One skill that has improved significantly would be my excel skills which have grown massively since I began my placement. Others skills such as email language, general organisation, systems such as SAP and data analysis have developed over the course of the internship.
Responsibilities
I was given more responsibility than I would have expected which was a nice surprise. This added to the sense of achievement that comes with working in a business.
Support & Guidance
I received endless support and guidance. If I had wanted more, I was surrounded by people who would have provided this.
Culture
The atmosphere was very pleasant. L'Oréal are a people first business who put their employees first in all sort of different ways in the business.

I have enjoyed my placement a lot and it has made me really excited to finish my degree and get back into the working world.
