You get thrown in rather early after a week or so of learning, day 1 work is meaningful with work impact growing as you progress.
Support & Guidance
Line manager is easily available to reach out for despite being remote, entire department is all filled with highly knowledgeable and great people to reach out for. Mix of formal and informal training.
Culture
Open, friendly and collaborative. Everyone in your department is easily approachable. Outside the department is usually open but few exceptions.
Your Impressions
Was great, could be stressful at times due to high workload and fast-paced nature of work, but that's a testament to the impact your work has. Company has a lot of events and giveaways to add extra your placement.
Yes
Interview is everything, make a good impression but it's obvious when your trying too hard to impress, be natural.
