skills I have learned: excel spreadsheet, negotiation, building P&Ls skills I have developed: communication, I can now communicate in an appropriate business manner. I have developed my confidence, also mathematical skills.
Responsibilities
Yes- I was given a huge amount of responsibility. from day one I had my own specific and important role and was the primary contact for external stakeholders.
Support & Guidance
I recieved a lot of one on one time with my manager, but in terms of formal s=training/support from the company this was minimal.
Culture
Very nice company to work in, genuinely cared about employees and wellbeing.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed the social side as there is a huge amount of young people working here, however, it is not what I want to do in the future so in that aspect I didn't enjoy it.
Yes
Make sure you know what you're getting into. There is a lot of reasonability which was overwhelming and stressful to start with so as long as you're mentally prepared for that you will be fine.
