Overview
Attending regular site viewings and morning office openings. Required to enquire and construct availability schedules for clients and for development pipelines. Attended weekly round up meetings to gain further insight into the sector.
Skills
Improved my communication skills and confidence in discussing requirements with both agents and tenants. Greater knowledge and application of software and websites used to gather and format information. Ability to network with other interns and professionals.
Responsibilities
The work I submitted was often sent directly to clients and I was copied into these email trails to organize further viewings as well as develop schedules and source the information they required.
Support & Guidance
Great support and guidance available from everyone in my team as well as the HR department. Everything ran smoothly and was extremely organized. Savills enabled their interns to attend walking city tours to help develop our knowledge of the local area and the current market conditions.
Culture
Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. Help was there if I ever needed it, however any work I was assigned was clearly outlined which helped me to achieve the tasks I was set efficiently. Friendly, organized and professional atmosphere.
Your Impressions
I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Savills due to being able to attend so many site visits and see first hand what clients want from an office space. Social nature with a friendly company culture. Help is always willingly available and for that reason I would be more than happy to return to work within this company.

Attend all of the events put on by HR and reach out to any departments you have a further interest in. Everyone is willing to help if you are enthusiastic about the industry and developing your wider knowledge.
