    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • I learnt how to gather evidence of comparable properties through software such as LonRes, Molior and Rightmove Plus and call local agents to find out more information on these comps and get an insight into the market and how much the properties I am valuing are worth, so I could gauge the values myself. I also helped with some valuation report writing and went on a few site/property inspections.
