Overview
The programme provided me with a great insight into different divisions of the business unit I was applying to through Q&As with recent graduates and senior leaders as well as through doing exercises and case studies.
Skills
I have improved on my communication, numerical and networking skills.
Business Insight
While the structure of the firm is complex and a lot of roles tend to overlap, the internship has provided clearance on the structure and duties of each role.
Culture
The culture was very welcoming as everyone was extremely supportive and happy to answer any of the questions.

I have enjoyed it a lot however I would have loved for it to be in person.
